How do you work through self-doubts and fear?
I just take one step at a time. The first is usually the hardest, but also the most liberating. That said – the goal needs to be big enough to warrant facing those doubts head on. It is sad that fear (of success or failure) holds so many people back from going for what they really want in life. Or something gets in the way and that becomes an excuse for giving up. After all, most of our fears, while they feel very real, in truth are only our imagining of a worst case scenario. I love the acronym for FEAR: F (false) E (evidence)
A (appearing) R (real).
