More details about the book
Page
nine of Life, Love, and Lack Thereof begins a foreword by the mother of the
Author.
As
the book is largely about what her children are forced to endure as a result of
her actions, this section gives Acamea’s mother the opportunity to explain
herself. It gives her the chance to briefly convey a side of the story of which
the children may not have been aware, and therefore, could not have been
accounted for by the author.
She
uses this space to express love for her daughter, and conviction with regard to
her previous actions. It gives the reader some clarity before getting into the
thoughts and feelings of the author.
