Celebrate Community Blog Hop - White Coffee Cheese Agar-agar


Filling A                                      
3 tsp agar-agar powder         
130gm sugar
250 mll milk
300 ml water

Filling B
100gm cream cheese

Ingredient A                            
3 tbsp agar-agar powder
220gm sugar                               
1150 ml water

Ingredient B
40gm 3-1 white coffee
250ml evaporated milk

Method
1. Filling - Boil Filling A and add in Filling B, cook over low heat until cream cheese melts (keep stirring). Filter and pour into small mould. Un-mould when set.
2. Boil Ingredient A until sugar dissolved and stir in Ingredient B, bring to boil again. Pour mixture into moulds until 50% full.
3. When they are half set, place in cheese fillings and pour in the balance mixture until full. Chill in the fridge until firm. Unmould and serve.
